Harry advocated universal health care. Cripes, DICK NIXON advocated universal health care! But these insurance companies are very clever.... I heard some poor soul on the radio today, saying that "Obama will kill my elderly aunt. Obama will force me to have my son circumcised, whether I like it or not!" This nonsense has been going on for sixty-some-odd years. I just hope the Prez ignores his "plummeting numbers" in the polls, and keeps his eyes on the prize. And the Obama administration is not helping, by framing their argument in "policy speak," and by reinforcing the opponents' screed by using their language, instead of developing one of their own. For instance: Obama's people and O. himself should be saying up top: "Private insurance companies are in the business of denying care to make money." Repeat often.
